Carscene has it’s own servicing workshops staffed by highly trained and experienced technicians. Every vehicle we sell is thoroughly checked and serviced before they leave us. Furthermore we provide a comprehensive back-up service to ensure total peace of mind.

j pettingilli am disappointed with some of the comments i have read, and i would just like to add, that i received excellent service from all at carscene, the salesman( who deserves the other positive comments) was so helpful and exremley knowledgable, i love my car, ive not had 1 issue with it or carscene, top notch service

Rebert rippoffDon't buy from here. Once the cash is over your stuffed with a car needing more money spent on it. I was always told to buy from dealer as you have someone to take it back too, funniest joke I have ever heard but painfull too. Just remember a dealer is there to make a living and not to deal you a deal. Stealers! Advice to finance buyers, get a bank loan and buy private. There is not many reviews online, but I have many friends in many parts of Norfolk, just remember carscene, years in business won't mean nothing you carry on like this, a decent dealer with decent cars make good money without ripping people off. How do you sleep at night! Stay away people

- CARSCENE:In response to this review we are unsure why the customer has put this on here as there is no factual evidence of our so called poor service. Our aim is to provide a good service, but if a customer doesn't make us aware of any problems. How do we correct them ?? We have been in business for 30 years and sell 600 plus cars a year, to which speak volumes for itself.

- Tryon anuffer: If you were that great the Would be 5 star ratings all over. If ever rate my dealer starts up business won't boom so well then! Clean up and cut losses!

Steer clear of Carscene!
AnonJSI bought a car on finance for £3.4k - a week later the clutch went, the Air Con did not work (which I was asked to pay for) and no mats as promised. Then 3.5 months later the cambelt snapped due to service not being carried out properly. They dragged their feet and were rude and unfriendly. Eventually Trading Standards got involved and I took them to court. The car was out of action from August to November 2009. I did not receive reimbursement for costs until around Feb 2010. I will never buy another car from these rogues.

- CARSCENE:In response to this over exaggerated review i am responding on behalf of Carscene ltd , with regards to the car in question we sold the vehicle on the 11/04/09 and the mileage at point of sale was 84686. I would like to stress that the cam belt failed prematurely. We check all cam belt intervals with dealer specifications.Which in this case it was due on 100000 miles and 10years. We did stress this point with the customer who would not see reason. We would also like to add that due to our close relationship with our finance company Carscene actually paid an excessive amount to retrieve the car to begin the work. As the customer stated he was out of warranty!! We can not be held responsible for a mechanical item failing prematurely. We were nothing but courteous to the customer . Who believed all the work could be done in a day? If only things were that simple. It is very easy to slander someone over the internet, but the facts are never entirely true. In regards to the air con the condenser had stone damage which occured after the purchase of the vehicle. Can we really be held accountable of Britains poor roads??, we sell 6oo plus cars a year and have been in business for nearly 30 years which i believe speaks for itself. I would like to lastly add that at no point did trading standards contact us. Carscene as a company and close motor finance dealt with the issue themselves.
- To Carscene...:There is evidence to back up everything in the comment - I'm very happy to publish it. Then everyone will see there is no slander. Did you really ring Ford to check whether the cambelt wasn't due at 80,000 miles/5 years, when the service book indicated it was? Seems very unlikely to me that someone at Ford told you it was 100,000 miles or ten years - and then surprise, surprise - it failed much closer to 80,000 miles and 5 years. As for courtesy, I suppose that includes you telling me in the forecourt that I was lucky I bought it on finance otherwise you would've told me to get st*****? Or perhaps when you tried to force me to sign a disclaimer or else I wouldn't be able to get my car back?
