Detailed description:
Carpetright offers a free home estimating service to ensure the correct amount of flooring is ordered and have experts at hand to advise on the suitability of the type of flooring depending on the room in the house and the anticipated wear and tear. Our sample service also enables customers to look at the different options within the comfort of the home. Our fully trained fitters are assessed through the Fitters’ Academy, giving customers the peace of mind that their flooring will be fitted professionally. The success of Carpetright has been built from an excellent combination of providing our customers with value for money and good customer service.
This strong foundation has enabled the business to continue to grow. We continue to look at new developments to improve our customer service and product range. The recent launch of our new website, which is now fully interactive, allows customers to research products from the convenience of their home and order direct.
There is a customer survey form on-line to help us continue to listen to our customers and to develop our products and services to satisfy the changing needs of our customers.
