Offering outstanding customer service: The quality of the fitting service, undertaken by our independent carpet fitters, together with the effectiveness of our cutting and distribution centre, has enabled us to improve service to our customers. We have developed our Fitters Academy to ensure we have the best fitting service in the UK and have a direct home delivery service in all Sleepright outlets for bed products. Our in-store computer system (Navision) in the UK & RoI streamlines our order administration and our cutting and distribution centre enables us to reduce delivery lead times, provide increased capacity and drive operational efficiencies.

Carpetright offers a free home estimating service to ensure the correct amount of flooring is ordered and have experts at hand to advise on the suitability of the type of flooring depending on the room in the house and the anticipated wear and tear. Our sample service also enables customers to look at the different options within the comfort of the home. Our fully trained fitters are assessed through the Fitters’ Academy, giving customers the peace of mind that their flooring will be fitted professionally. The success of Carpetright has been built from an excellent combination of providing our customers with value for money and good customer service.
This strong foundation has enabled the business to continue to grow. We continue to look at new developments to improve our customer service and product range. The recent launch of our new website, which is now fully interactive, allows customers to research products from the convenience of their home and order direct.
There is a customer survey form on-line to help us continue to listen to our customers and to develop our products and services to satisfy the changing needs of our customers.
