WatsonThis is the second time I have dealt with Carpetworld. The carpet looks absolutely superb! I can't say I experienced any problems. The staff were very helpful and the installers were very friendly and proficient. I have recommended Carpetworld to my niece who has just had her kitchen lino fitted. Worst company ever
s-hWatch out for this company. will do anything for your custom but that's it. Will promise the earth and not follow through. Never hit dates never on time.Always an excuse. Try to complain no chance. Very obstructive, no customer service whatsoever. My advice avoid like the plague.I took time off work they never showed. I did it t 3 times cost me £1500 in time off. Tried to explain and negotiate some compo but no deal, only threatened with legal action.I cannot express how angry and how poor CARPETWORLD are.8/2/2010 5:55:51 PM

jobyBe careful of this company. Their customer care is non-existent. When I asked to speak to a manager before I paid in full I was not given that option and was told I would be issued with a writ because I had refused to pay- which I had not, I simply wanted to put my complaints to them first. Delivery dates and fitting dates will not be met and the company will blame their sub-contractors or you, the customer, not themselves. Very poor. 12/27/2009 6:56:08 PM

- Pickles: I can only agree with the negative reviews of this company. Their customer service is very poor and they don't seem to care. On laying our vinyl they made a hole and would only polyfil it (looks awful). The don't keep to delivery times, only one man lays your carpet, condition of carpet was not ideal on one job. Even going into the store did not help matters. I wanted to support local business but I would say find another carpet dealer on the high street - they are much better.
