It is essential for every bride to have a wedding trial. This is an opportunity for us to meet and have a chat about the style and theme of your wedding and to give me an insight into the type of day you are aiming for.

The more information you can give me the better the picture we can build up of what will be the best look and hairstyle for the big day.

It is a great idea to bring along any accessories you may have, ie veil, tiara, diamante clips etc, as these can be incorporated into your chosen style, also it is a great help for me if you could bring a photo of your dress.

If you are lacking inspiration, I have an extensive collection of portfolio pictures which you are welcome to have a browse through at your trial.

The trial normally lasts 1½ to 2 hours and I ask that you wash and dry your hair on the day and leave it as natural as possible. Don’t use any products or straightening irons. I will always work on hair dry.

As the lead up to your weeding day can be hectic and somewhat stressful, I think it is very important for the bride to be able to sit back, relax and feel pampered assured that her dream style is in my capable hands.

With over 9 years in experience working as a wedding hair specialist I am proud to say I have been a part in over 400 weddings, each and every one different, and I find it very exciting meeting new brides and being involved in the most fantastic day of their lives. It gives me great pleasure and satisfaction which is one of the reasons I love my job so much.

I work mainly around the Newcastle area, and am willing to travel to wherever you will be getting ready on the day, whether it be your home or an address in the north east.

I will consider travelling any distance depending on the size of the wedding party, however this may involve an extra travel charge.
