REFUND FROM CARLTON
RebecaDON'T USE THEIR SERVICES!! DON'T BUY ANY TICKETS WITH THEM!!!
I have bought 2 tickets to Brazil in December 2010 but my flight was cancelled due to the weather conditions in London.
Since then I have been calling the agency 20 times a day to get my refund but it seems that no one really care and they keep postponing my refund!!
It is being a pain to get this money back from them!!!
DON'T EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING WITH THEM OTHERWISE YOU MAY END UP IN THE SAME SITUATION AS OURS!!
