Detailed description:
We are one of five major providers contracted by Sefton Social Services to provide help and support to people in their homes. We are registered with the Commision for Social Care Inspection. We are a member of the UKHCA (United Kingdom Home Care Association). We have been awarded Investors in People (IIP) in recognition of our commitment to our staff and training.
All of our care workers are screened and CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked and undergo induction training. Training for our staff is ongoing, meeting NVQ Standards, and specifically designed to meet individuals' needs. We have a rigourous Quality Assurance programme to help us achieve our aims and provide all the help and support needed.
