Capital Demolition headquarters are based near Chertsey, Surrey. Capital House situates in a 2, 500 square foot purpose built facility which occupies a small but significant part of the 6 acre site, from which the large modern plant and machinery fleet is maintained and operated.
Working with qualified associates Capital Demolition is able to offer a comprehensive service. We can undertake a full range of asbestos surveying, sampling and laboratory analysis, air monitoring, removal and remediation.

By nature of the type of works carried out demolition is a potentially hazardous occupation. At Capital Demolition the potential hazards and risks are minimized by thorough assessment and planning of the works necessary and ensuring The Health & Safety Plan and Method of Works fully allow that adequate protection has been considered and provided to preclude unnecessary risk of accident, injury and exposure to hazards.
Our sites are required to recycle and reclaim as much waste arising from demolition activites as possible. Waste is sorted and recycled where possible and have a measurable and auditable trail.
