    They have had my camera for 6 weeks now and still no sign of a repair or even a quote for the cost of repair. They never call with updates, not once. The customer has to keep calling in to find out what's happening and it takes ages to get any information out of them as they rarely answer the phone.

    At one point I thought I'd cut my losses and go to retrieve my camera and accept I had lost my £20. (As the reviewer above says, the £20 quotation fee is no-refundable.) But when I tried to collect it, I was told they had they had taken it apart while they wait for parts.

    So they leave you with no alternative than to wait for weeks until they fix it at their own convenience, it seems.

    If I ever get my camera back I will be amazed.

    AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!!

    Good value, efficient service and helpful and friendly staff. Definitely recommended.

    P.s. If your camera is worth less than £100 I would say maybe just buy another one, it worked out cheaper for me in two instances.

    This company does not keep its word. I got a quotation on the same day I brought my camera and was told that it will be ready in 5 days. This is the reason I paid 20 pounds deposit. Three days after, they called to say they couldn't fix the camera in 5 days after all, so I had to take back my camera unrepaired. BUT THEY DIDN'T RETURN THE 20 POUNDS. The manager is a crook!!!
