Our Commercial Department is headed by our company director Simon Dowling FRICS FNAEA who for many years as a senior partner in the largest firm of independent chartered surveyors in Mid & North Cornwall dealt with the appraisal and valuation of all types of commercial property With over 25 years experience in the local commercial property market, Simon has built up a broad client base of both landlords and tenants and he now specialises in the appraisal and negotiation of commercial leases and rent reviews throughout the County. We operate a Property Management Department dealing with the letting and management of residential properties specifically along the North Coast of Cornwall between Newquay and Perranporth and nearby inland areas. On behalf of our landlords we operate a comprehensive range of checks and reference procedures for all prospective tenants and thereafter we provide a full range of management services as required. Alternatively we offer a letting only package which provides a landlord with a professionally sourced tenant but thereafter allows personal management of the property.
