Cambio prides itself on offering Roman style dishes, combining the finest ingredients with modern cooking techniques to allow each and every component of a dish to speak for itself.
Chef-proprietor Chris Connor sources only the freshest local ingredients from Secretts in Milford, Osney Lodge Farm in Godstone and combines them with bi-weekly deliveries from the Rungus market in Paris & the Mercati Generali market in Turin.
We source all of our fish & shellfish direct from Billingsgate market. Our chefs physically "walk the market" themselves to select only the highest quality seafood; where possible sourced from British waters and skippers who provide full providence & traceability of their catch.
