We cater for Birthday party cakes, celebration cakes, anniversary cakes, seasonal cakes to elegant bespoke wedding cakes. We can also cater for scrumptious deserts such as cup cakes, cheesecakes, meringues to name a few and accommodate all occasions and sizes. You can design a cake to suit your special day or choose from my vast collection of pre designed themes.

Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life and everything has to be perfect. Your cake will reflect a long time planning, your ideas and thoughts have been leading up to this moment, the design process.

We work very closely with our clients to ensure that every detail has been taken in to account. We leave no stone unturned with regards to theme consultation, to deliver your dream wedding cake design.

It takes days to complete your perfect fruit cake. We only use the highest of quality and freshest ingredients when making all our cakes. The fruit needs preparing, raisins need to be de-stalked, soaked and the mixture needs to stand.

The cake is then baked at a low temperature, then cooled for decorating.
