Cake Craft of Shropshire was established in 1983 and can provide a wealth of knowledge and experience in wedding cake decoration, wedding cake design throughout Shropshire, the Midlands and the UK.
Cake Craft produce wedding cakes, birthday cakes, engagement cakes, special occasion, christening cakes, anniversary cakes. No matter what your cake requirements, we have the experience and knoweldge to produce a cake of distinction for you.
Detailed description:
Each cake design can be produced in any colour and completed with hand crafted sugar flowers or silk or fresh flowers.
My reputation is built on good faith with my customers. You will find the quality and taste is as good as the design itself. Each cake is made to order and all fruit cakes are rich and moist and soaked in Brandy and Sherry. They are then put away with your name on for a short time to improve the flavour. Your cake is then ready to be made into a fine creation for your special day either using the popular sugar paste or traditional Royal icing depending on if your require the soft gentle effect of sugar paste or sharp definite effect of the harder Royal icing.
If rich fruit cake is not to your taste you can choose from J/C Sponge, chocolate cake, carrot cake, passion cake, lemon cake or coffee cake.
If traditional cakes are not to your taste, I also create individual mini-cakes or cup cakes, croquembouch (profiterole pyramid) covered in chocolate or caramel, chocolate truffle pyramid and novely wedding cakes.
