Caffyns Accident Management service will ensure that you and your vehicle are looked after in the unfortunate event of an accident. If you have been involved in an accident you just need to call our designated telephone number (once you have alerted the relevant emergency authorities). Our Accident Management team will then deal with all of your post accident needs. Should your car be deemed 'not roadworthy' then we will recover it from anywhere in mainland UK and return it to one of our accident repair centres. Furthermore, we will contact your insurance company to advise them that we are your repairer.

We will generate estimates; obtain insurance company authorisation and take care of every aspect of your claim. Your car will then be expertly repaired by our fully-trained craftsmen. If the accident was not your fault: Then we can organise a hire car that is at least the same model and specification as yours (free of charge – with the costs recovered from the fault party) and handle the recovery of any uninsured losses such as a policy excess.
