Hoy-Sum Dao literally means 'happy bean' or 'seed of happiness'. Our philosophy is based on the principle that happiness begins with healthy eating. The humble soya bean seed has been consumed in the far east for thousands of years. Recognised for both their nutritional value and culinary versatility, soya beans can be made into milk, desserts and many forms of beancurd, it's taste can be enhanced with many ingredients to make delicious dishes. Our family has a tradition of making soya products and we pledge that our products are made fresh daily.

sandraBSince I'm in a wheelchair, I am always in need of help of strangers, as well as here. I wanted to drink a hot cup of coffee but I was not purely because of a baker in the stage. The clerk came out to me and asked what I would like to have, they brought me my hot coffee and gave me quite naturally back the change. Here they are also disabled friendly.
