    While their website says 6-10 day turnaround to deliver items, I had received no advice that my order would be delayed by a minimum 3 weeks taking it well past the time i need it by. When I spoke to their 'customer service' i was advised that the terms and conditions do not actually advise a delivery date and I could basically get knotted. On saying I wanted a refund, I was told that it would take a minimum 30 days to process. absolutely ridiculous service. these guys should be shut down.

  • Bad Customer Service/No Delivery

    I ordered my items 7 weeks ago and have not yet received them. I have emailed numerous times and received no response, left voicemails, had people promise to call me back and I'm still waiting for a resolution. One of the items I ordered said approx 28 days for delivery but I now realise that after you order the terms and conditions in the emails say items can take 6/10 weeks. I'm appalled that this information is only communicated after the order has been placed. Furthermore, it's not included in the body of the email but in a separate attachment which is easy to miss.

    I was initially very optimistic when I placed my order as the variety of products was very good. However, given the issues with delivery and the terrible customer service I will not order again. If I thought I could get my money back without any hassle I'd just cancel but have no confidence they're able to process anything quickly! Avoid this company.

    I ordered items 10 weeks ago and they still have not arrived for my wedding next week. After calling every 2 weeks i still only have half my order.

    DO NOT USE!!!!!!

    I'm still waiting!!

    Is taking more than the original 10 days promised online when you purchase the products.

    This is not actually for me but for someone in South America and they are visiting London next week. Poor customer service over the phone
