Cadog is named after one of the greatest Welsh saints from the 6th century, Cadog the Wise, who was both a monk and a king. Legend would have it that he was brave, generous had magical powers, and was a successful dairy farmer!
Cadog was launched in February 2004 and is produced by farmer members of the UK's leading dairy farmers cooperative, Milk Link.
