Design drawings are produced using Autocad software.
The industry Standard design software package Hevacomp V24 is utilised for mechanical & electrical design calculations.
Correspondence and specifications are produced using Microsoft Office Software.
The practice has a hardware network linked to the Internet via ADSL and via a Service Provider utilises e-mail for digital transfer of drawings and Word documents.

It is the policy of Cad 21 that all staff are easily accessible to our clients.
Regular contact is encouraged to ensure that the design intent provides clients with their specific requirements and to assist they are kept fully informed as the designs develop.
The practice operates a quality system, which from receipt of enquiries through to completion and defects inspections ensures records, checking and document storage is carried out in an organised and professional manner.
The company carries Employers liability insurance and ensures that staff are fully briefed and provided with the necessary equipment and safety clothing to carry out their work both in and out of the office in a safe and professional manner.
