Short profile:
c2a learning ltd, is a consultancy company operating in the public and private sector. Established in January 2005, c2a is now in its fifth year of operation. It has undertaken work for a number of large companies in the Education, Design, Construction and ICT sectors. This work has been related to PFI, BSF and Academies where c2a has been the strategic education lead and the partnering lead. The company has enjoyed success on three major BSF bids and now has the role of embedded consultant to a major design, build, construction and services company.
c2a has global links with colleagues who are working to change the way we approach and transform learning and schools.

Detailed description:
The strength of c2a is that the company has current and direct experience of working in schools and colleges and understands the challenges faced by colleagues on a day to day basis. This allows c2a to quickly form relationships with clients and work together to develop strategies, ideas and solutions that are routed in that hands-on successful experience.
In our work with schools and local authorities we adopt a learning led approach to the transformation of learning and schools. We work with the client to establish a common language and common goal, taking the client's aspirations around learning and learning processes as the key drivers. We recognise that the transformation of learning is a journey and each organisation has different starting points, rates of travel and milestones. We also recognise that the process can only be successful if we establish the areas for change, the processes involved and a strategy to embed the change. Further we understand that the transformation of learning depends on all aspects of the system changing, the environments, the technology, the learning frameworks and most importantly the people. To c2a this includes all staff, all students and the community.
