C RED are fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA), so we can provide Home Information Packs (HIPs) which also includes an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). A full HIP & EPC certificate is now law if you are selling or renting out your home.

The need for Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) has been brought about by legislation introduced as an attempt to slow down the effects of Global Warming. Global Warming has accelerated at a speed which has alarmed scientists & the biggest culprit is CO2 emissions. C RED Consultancy feels action is needed for our planet and know that we need to act know to make our own changes and educate others into making their changes too.
C RED Consultancy is aware of all the latest energy efficient & renewable energy technologies available to you today. We aim to assist people in making small changes in their behaviour and when we add up all our collective efforts we will make a big difference.
C Red Consultancy are qualified energy assessors that can provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for your building. The existing energy performance of the building is crucial for us to understand what is needed to be done, in order to help you be more environmentally friendly & reduce your carbon emissions & costs. The energy rating and the recommended improvements in energy efficiency helps you to priorities the different ways of saving energy & money. It will only take about 30mins to an hour to assess your home & it is a non-intrusive survey so we will only be looking around your house & loft, measuring and recording what we can see & not lifting floor boards or anything like that.
