Detailed description:
CCR was established in 1979 by the merging of skills and expertise gained over a period of 50 years. This extensive and varied knowledge, together with today's IT solutions, enables an incredible range of shapes to be formed.
Today the company is run by Managing Director Paul Harper who continues to push the company forward, by maintaining the Internationally recognised ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System along with Rolls Royce's SABRe Quality systems.
The Company produces Rolled Rings for Aerospace and other annular requirements, such as Chimney Flues, Hoops & Bezels, Ducting Containment Bands, Lighting Rings to name but a few.
Our production methods are preferred to the more expensive techniques such as Spinning or Presswork, this gives a cost effective method on material savings and gives a high strength uniform product. Various diameters of product can be achieved with one set of roll dies.
