12 months on - I LOVE my car
Julez PWhen I bought my car from C&A last year it didn't come without its problems. However, C&A graciously & expertly resolved the issues using very good quality after-market parts & all has since been independently checked & given a big thumbs up.
Perhaps initial checks before cars go on sale could be more thorough in order to save both C&A & the consumer time.
But several months on, & with a big thanks to Mandy, and I am now one very happy RX8 owner.

Michael JaggerI purchased a second hand Mini car from C&A Motors Royton Oldham on the 04/02/2013 which has been faulty since I got it home on the day of the purchase. The car has been back three times, on the first visit the problem was apparently diagnosed and fixed, a couple of days later the engine management light came on and the vehicle was taken back, the garage assured me that the fault would be repaired, I collected it again and the "fault" appeared again on the dashboard. The engine management light came on and has stayed on ever since.
I have contacted the garage on numerous occassions to try to resolve the problem, the last time being last Thursday 18/04/13 and was told that once the garage had a courtesy car in they would fix my car. I have had no contact or correspondence from them until today 24/04/13 when they responded to an email I had sent asking for a plan to put it right. There answer is bordering on rude and I have lost all confidence in the car being fixed and their ability to fixt it. I have said I will take it to an authorised BMW garage to find out exactly hat the fault is, get it repaired and send them the invoice, they don't seem to want to do this, when to me that would surely be the answer. I feel they are stalling for time until such a time that the responsibility for the fault lies with me. I am not prepared for that to happen. I have also asked for the fault diagnosis report and have not recieved it.

bill152I bought a car from here for £1000, wasn't expecting anything incredible but it was totally knackered from day one. I took it back to them where their mechanic looked at it, he didn't realise at the time i had bought it from them and told me i had been ripped off and sold a dodgy car which would cost about £500 to repair. C&A Motors would do nothing to fix it, they just sold me a dodgy car and ripped me off. I'm not into leaving people bad reviews but honestly, if you're buying a car i wouldn't recommend using C&A Motors, they're dishonest, untrustworthy and give no aftercare after ripping you off.

GLENYS EVANSi AGREE WITH THE PREVIOUS COMMENT - I RECENTLY PAID £4000 FOR A REPLACEMENT CAR. I HAD THE CAR INSPECTED BY MY USUAL GARAGE AND NUMEROUS DEFECTS WERE FOUND. THE CAR WAS SUPPOSEDLY FIXED BUT RE-INSPECTION CONFIRMED OTHERWISE, I AM NOW PAYING MY GARAGE TO DO THE JOB WHICH WILL COST ME AROUND £200 BUT AT LEAST I KNOW IT WILL BE DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE A FAST BUCK!!!!! AVOID THESE SHARKS AT ALL COSTS

JR70C and A Motors are no better than the rest of the car trade low life. As soon as they have your money they don't care about their customer. They claim to check their cars before they are sold but if they do their mechanic must be useless.Buy with caution.
