Buxton Associates promotes the art and science of structural design within the field of consulting engineering.
We are by choice a small practice and we have identified a specific niche in the market where a consulting structural engineers practice such as ours meets precisely the requirements of clients, architects, surveyors and other professionals involved in the construction process.
We are primarily employed on projects with values of up to £10m, although we have undertaken larger projects for selected clients. Contracts of considerably higher value are usually covered by the larger operators.
We prefer to commence our involvement at the early stages of a project so as to provide initial design advice at the feasibility stage, ensuring that the most economical solutions are considered.
