Our mission is to be the "recruitment leader" in the provision of both temporary and permanent office staff. This will be achieved through the constant development and improvement of our service, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed both client and work seeker expectations. We want to continue to build on what we do well and to innovate and move forward in order to meet changing client and work seeker needs.
We value our clients and worker seekers and consider them to be the foundation of our business and our relationship with clients and work seekers is based on the principle of mutual respect and trust.
We fully acknowledge our responsibilities for the contribution we can make to the local community as a whole and with this in mind we operate an open door facility for employers and work seekers.

Excellent Agency
SapnaSI was made redundant from my job in June last year and have signed up with lots of different agencies. Most have been helpful, but very negative about the future and jobs.
In February this year a friend recommended I contact burton bolton & rose, they set up two interviews for me one in March and the other last week which I have been offered and will be starting at the beginning of May.
What most impressed me about burton bolton & rose is that they were very positive and unpushey. I have already recommended them to a family member and will continue to do so to anyone else that seriously wants a job.
