We offer free surveys and our services include: Design and planning- From obtaining outline planning permission and building regulation approval through to finishing schedules, we offer a complete design and planning service. Working together with our construction team, we create realistic programming, ensuring all critical dates are achieved. Cleanroom construction - These include full design and build packages, planned proactive maintenance, demountable partitioning, suspended and walk on ceiling systems, vision panels and doors, pass through hatches, sealant work and specialist anti bacterial coatings. Chemical storage solutions - Current health and safety laws ensure the safe storage of chemicals and hazardous substances; we have constructed many concrete housing bunds and spillage interceptor tanks. New concrete bunds are fully reinforced and have detailed beveled edges; all structural calculations and capacities are prepared in house.

We also repair existing concrete structures. Portal frame buildings - From large new production facilities to basic warehousing. We have carried out a number of challenging portal frame extensions upgrading controlled environments.
