Step by step, by consultation and agreement, this Practice will lead you through the entire process from your initial idea or requirement to the finished building.

At Building Design Practice we offer our clients a one stop shop service with our own in house architectural, quantity surveying and project management skills all linked to a network of trusted professional consultants.

You can select all or part of an architect’s service. If you need just the detailed drawings, or want the scheme to be guided to the planning permission stage and no further, then that’s fine too.

Formed in 1962 Building Design Practice, based in Wolverhampton in the UK, have worked extensively within the industrial and commercial sector primarily for private property developers and owner occupiers on a variety of schemes of new build and refurbishment.

In addition to their role as Chartered Architects the Practice also encompasses Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Development Consultancy.

Major projects handled by the Practice are detailed on this website. The areas that the Practice has tended to concentrate on are Distribution operations, Manufacturing plants, Industrial estates, Offices, Residential schemes and Restoration.

The Practice also offers consultancy services to clients in respect of land and building purchases and plant installation for manufacturing clients.
