Our beautiful period house has recently undergone a programme of redecoration and enjoys lovely views of nearby St Paul’s Church.
Outside, there is a private car park and a roof terrace with seating area, ideal for enjoying balmy evenings. Inside, guests can enjoy a drink in our cosy licensed bar, plus we have a separate comfortable lounge – perfect for curling up with a book after a busy day spent sightseeing.
Despite its peaceful location, Bryn Woodlands House is just a couple of minutes walk from the hub of Colwyn Bay town centre, with shops, railway station, theatre and restaurants. Within easy walking distance is the beach, while top tourist attractions, like Conwy Castle, the Victorian resort of Llandudno, the Welsh Mountain Zoo and Eirias Park are all just a short drive away.

All of our 10 delightful bedrooms (including our family-room) are en-suite and well equipped with homely touches, including trouser press and bathrobes, as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Each is individually furnished and some have large windows overlooking the tree-lined avenue below.
