The future of television is HDTV (High Definition). We at Brushstroke train our students (on the 2 year, 9 month combined, 3 month and 9month Advanced High Fashion) and industry professionals in HDTV makeup. Our students have also gained valuable experience working on various productions, shot in HDTV (see students' achievements)
On completing our courses you can go on to work in fashion, cinema, television, commercials, music videos, corporate films, theatre or opera.
It is usual that whilst training, students will receive various offers of work through our agency, ranging from commercials to large productions. Although this is not guaranteed the success to date has been excellent, which is due to our high standards of teaching.
Brushstroke students have been gaining experience working on High Definition Television (HDTV) for the BBC drama department, this is the future for film and television. HDTV picks up much more detail in the make up and students have been gaining experience working with the latest products.
