Brosh, a Modern Middle Eastern restaurant, was established in July 2004 in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire by chef Raviv Hadad and his wife Sharon. The Cotswolds seemed a natural choice for our restaurant as Cheltenham is where Sharon was born and the Gloucestershire area offers a great range of good quality, free range and organic produce which we can source locally.

At Brosh you will taste our take on dishes from these traditions. You will taste the result of our exploration into the home cooking of the Jewish Diaspora, predominantly of the Eastern Mediterranean. This is the heart and soul of our food.
The atmosphere at Brosh is friendly and relaxed and the service attentive and knowledgeable. We will always do our best to make your experience at Brosh an unforgettable one.
At Brosh you can take your time, dining well with great, simply presented food. We take great pride in the extent to which we prepare our food on the premises - our mergez sausages, cheese, sourdough bread, pasta, preserved lemons, pastries, ice creams...
