We stock over 800 mouldings and 100 mount board colours. As manufacturers we are able to create deep- sided frames to accommodate actual objects and have also progressed to collectors display cases.

We also have a restoration service for oil paintings, watercolours and frames.

The items brought into us invariably have to be prepared this would include cleaning, flattening, repairing, stretching, varnishing. Often using a mount, to the uninitiated a card border, can enhance the presentation.

The majority of our mount-board is acid-free and has a stabilised white core with pigmented face colour, this means the colour does not fade. Double mounts can in some cases improve the look of a picture, as can gold lines or rule and wash-lines.

With the advent of new machinery in our industry we are now able to cut and join almost any shape of framing and this has allowed the manufacturers to increase their ranges. You are now able to choose from various woods, veneers and metal. Styles include plain, ornate, flat, scoop, and reverse with widths from 5mm upwards. A combination of frames can enhance a picture and of course there are also the ovals and circles.
