Brocklands Beauty was founded in 2003 by Carol Brocklehurst who has been a fully qualified therapist for 18 years. The vision was to have a salon where clients could come and have treatments and feel as if they were sitting in their own home, relaxation and friendliness being key elements to compliment the treatments and where the ethos was quality rather than quantity. Every single client is extremely important to us and each client will receive a first class experience, whether they are just in for a quick brow wax or are staying longer for a number of treatments. The products chosen on start up are still the products we use today, from Guinot facial creams to St Tropez tanning, we believe they are second to none.

The treatments we offer are vast, from Waxing to Botox and we are constantly striving to include new treatments that come onto the market that customers may need, we pride ourselves in only offering proven high quality new treatments to compliment our existing extensive range. The staff at Brocklands are all fully qualified to the highest standard and have the same work ethics as the owner who trained them. We don`t believe in staff changes as clients like to build a rapport with their therapist and both staff members have been with Brocklands since they completed their training.

In 2008 we decided to include the hair department to give clients a one stop shop where they can receive everything they need in one place. The Hair Stylists working in this department are as highly qualified in their field as the Beauty Therapists are in their`s, all have the same ethics in customer care and standard of work making Brocklands beauty and Mark Stephen hair the most prestigious salon in the area.
