Thanks to support from the EDF Energy Trust, we will be able to help local residents struggling with fuel and other household costs. Brixton Advice Centre recently launched a Fuel Poverty Programme in partnership with the EDF Energy Trust Charity. Drop in sessions run every morning Monday 10am - 12.15pm Tuesday 10am - 12.15pm Wednesday 10am - 12.15pm Thursday 10am - 12.15am All areas except Benefits Thursday eve 5.30pm - 6.30pm.
Detailed description:
The EDF Energy Trust makes non-repayable grants to reduce or clear gas and electricity debts to domestic customers of EDF Energy who are struggling to pay their fuel bills. Limited assistance is also provided for essential household costs with the aim of offering customers a fresh start so they can meet future commitments. We are offering assistance to people applying for an EDF Energy Grant and other fuel grants.
