    I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THIS HOTEL ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REPLY ON ANY OCCASION .

    after staying this weekend i would like to complain maybe to somebody that might actually listen we stayed brittania birm sat /sun nite the hotel was very dirty not just shabby unclean we also had no hot water both mornings of our stay i did ask to speak to the manager both days and was told he was unavailable this was a bank hol surely a manager would have been on duty our treatment was unacceptable and having to boil a kettle for a wash whilst away for a long earned rest is not on

    I`ve only stayed there once with my fiance. I was impressed by the hotel`s design. Everything was very nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic. We would go back any time!
