Tackling crime-

To reduce crime and increase the proportion of crimes where the offence is brought to justice, especially for:

Robbery, Racial and other Hate crime, Domestic violence, Vehicle crime, Domestic burglaries, Rape, Violent crime, Measures.

Reduce crime levels for:

Domestic burglary - by 15% (a reduction of at least 1, 325 victims); Robbery - by 10% (a reduction of at least 200 victims); Thefts of motor vehicles - by 10% (a reduction of at least 525 victims); Thefts from motor vehicles - by 10% (a reduction at least 1, 400 victims); Increase the proportion of crimes where the offence is brought to justice compared to 2007/08 for:

Domestic burglary - up from 14% to at least 18%.
