Brigstock Skin and Laser Centre is a private dermatology service specialising in Laser hair removal. The service is run by Dr Vajpeyi BSc MBBS MRCGP DPD CAP(allergy) who is a Croydon GP with a specialist interest in dermatology. As well as running the private dermatology clinic Dr Vajpeyi also helps run NHS Croydon’s Intermediate Dermatology service. This excellent clinical knowledge of all skin types and skin conditions ensures that the clinical standard of care received in the clinic is of a very high standard. The aims and objectives of our organisation are to provide a high quality and safe medical and aesthetic services for adult clients including the use of Class 4 Lasers and IPL.

Our aims and objectives are achieved by adhering to the key values of the National Minimum Care Standards. The Core and Specific National Minimum Care Standards is the template for our policies and procedures. Christian Lyons, our responsible manager, ensures that these policies and procedures are followed by staff employed at the clinic. Maintaining standards in everyday practice requires we only employ suitably qualified staff who undergo a rigorous induction process and ongoing training.

Regular communication between staff is encouraged with weekly and monthly meetings where feedback and incidents are discussed. Dr Vajpeyi also attends these weekly meetings ensuring that our high standards of care are maintained.
