Brightlycott Barton is a 4 acre south facing caravan and camping site near Barnstaple in North Devon with excellent panoramic views. The site consists of 20 level pitches with electric hook-ups (16amp) plus an area for tents. There is an indoor games room and a swing frame for younger children. The new ablution block includes 6 showers, a room with facilities for the disabled and laundry and wash up facilities.
Detailed description:
Barnstaple town, which is 2 miles from the campsite, has a historic pannier market, a leisure centre and an indoor tennis centre – Tarka Tennis. The tarka cycle way can be joined at Barnstaple. There are many lovely beaches in the area, the nearest being approx.
7 miles from the campsite. We are just 3 miles from a 9 to 18 hole golf course and 1 mile away is a fly fishing and trout farm where you can catch your supper for a barbecue in the evening.
Exmoor National Park with its stunning scenery is very close by.
