We aim to provide a personal and professional level of service to all of our customer and future motorcycle and Scooter users in the Barrow and South Cumbria region. We have an extensive stock of used motorcycles for you to browse and also a large clothing and safety gear department, where you will be able to find whatever it is you're seeking, be it a reflective band or a full racing leather. We stock items from many manufacturers of motorcycling wear including Shoei, AXO, Oxtar, Nitro, Akito & Teknic to name a few, but if you can't see it don't be afraid to ask one of our freindly staff.
Detailed description:
Family run business established in 1978 by present M.D's father, John Stewart. Moved to the present location, which provides 3200(2) ft Showroom, plus large clothing area, stores and workshop in 1981. Present Managing Director is Dan Stewart, son of the founder. Dan has a wealth of experience in the motorcycle industry, including serving his apprenticeship as a mechanic and moving onto sales management before taking over as M.D.
in 2003. He also competes at the highest level in many motorcycle sports, having finished on the podium at AMIA British Championship Moto-X meetings and the Manx G.P. At present he competes at british Superstock meetings and has had top 10 finishes at the Isle of Man T.T.
The accounts and administration for the business are handled by Joan Stewart, wife of the founder. The company aims to be a one-stop shop for all 2-wheel users from commuters to superbike riders. The showroom display is made up of about 100 units, ranging from new scooters and commuters, to superbikes.
