At Brentwood County High School we aim to develop well educated, confident, caring, enquiring individuals prepared for the future. We recognise the importance not only of the contribution of the formal curriculum but also the part played by extra-curricular activities. The quality of the school's general environment and its ethos are key factors in encouraging, supporting and developing our students.
I believe the partnership of staff, governors, students and their parents will ensure that Brentwood County High School continues to achieve at the highest levels over the next few years.
The range of extra-curricular activities, including hobbies, sports, music, dramatic productions, visits and charity
events is good.
There is a strong partnership between the school, the student and the parents. Parent consultation
evenings are held regularly and there is constant
monitoring of the student’s progress through
academic reviews. We pride ourselves on our
good communication between home and school
through letters home, telephone calls, email and
the use of the homework diary.
