Branches Furniture is an independent group of retailers who specialise in quality oak, pine and solid wood furniture for. Branches we aspire to offer our customers a delivery experience that is efficient and hassle free. That’s why we either use our own in store delivery teams or carefully selected furniture carriers with teams that are experienced in handling furniture, to carry out your delivery.
We operate two man delivery teams and this service allows you to have your furniture taken to the room of your choice (this includes upstairs, flats etc). Deliveries take place Monday 8am to 7pm.
If you require a delivery to any postcode not in our current delivery areas please contact us with your requirements and we will endeavour to organise a delivery quote and timescale.
Detailed description:
When you order your furniture we will be in touch by email within 2 days with details about how long your furniture will take to arrive into our warehouse. Once your order is complete in our warehouse, your paperwork is passed either to our instore delivery organisers or to the delivery carrier. In general the majority of our furniture arrives at our warehouse within 1- 8 weeks of the order being placed. Once your furniture has arrived with us you will be contacted within 3-7 days to arrange your delivery and your delivery will be made within 7-14 days from then. It can take longer during busy times. All deliveries require a signature on receiving your order (this must be someone over 18 years old).
If you are not present when we attempt to deliver you will be liable for any redelivery charges. As part of our commitment to the environment we deliver your goods in one complete delivery. If however you have an urgent requirement for part of your order that is instock then we can look at splitting your order. Both orders would incur any applicable delivery costs. Staff making deliveries are required within health and safety laws to wear their footwear at all times.
For this reason we strongly advise customers to make proper provision to protect their carpets and flooring. We do not accept responsibility for any marks or damage that may be caused by delivery staff during the normal course of their delivery work. All your furniture will be packaged and may require some home assembly. This is clearly shown within each product descriptions on our website. The fitting of handles may be required on certain items.
