English Braids is a UK based manufacturer of synthetic ropes and braided cords. We work closely with a network of partners to deliver our product to its end application. Our product is used in a wide range of applications including sailing, windows, lifting, engineering, winching, entertainment and manufacturing. We focus on using the best quality raw materials to develop a quality product that is backed up with first class service and support.
All English Braids products are manufactured in the UK to the industry standard procedures and quality measures. This ensures that customers have both traceability and accountability in the event that this is required. Importantly, the product manufacturing process is standardised and entirely repeatable. This means that every batch of product is the same the last.

English Braids is a UK based privately owned, manufacturer of ropes, cords and Braids. Production capabilities range from 0.5mm through to 80mm in diameter in a variety of constructions.
The company direction is split 3 ways between a Marine, Windows and all encompassing 'Specialist market' team. These business verticals are managed independently due to the differing demands required from the customers. This level of specialisation allow our team to be closer to the end user and understand more about what is important in the application and therefore the resulting characteristics of the ropes.
English Braids has always promoted high stock levels to serve the customer. The stock levels have been set with a view to ensuring that the customer's demands can be delivered. Delivery is, as standard, next day where viable.
Along side the stock products English Braids also look to manufacturer products to a customer request, dependant on quantity. These products tend to be designed for a bespoke task and manufactured to exacting specifications.
