We are a small family run hotel which is just a stones throw away from the sea front.
Since buying the hotel in 2006 we have invested heavily in bringing it up to date and more major refurbishments are being carried out over this winter. We will now be offering brand new en-suite rooms with flat screen televisions with multi channel Freeview, hairdryers, irons and tea & coffee making facilities on all floors. Fed up with dark, old fashioned rooms.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and make every effort to make your holiday in Blackpool truly memorable.
We cater for couples, families with children of all ages, singles, senior citizens, conference delegates and business travellers. Small groups are also welcome.
The Braemar is located 5 minutes walk from the promenade just south of central pier close to the football ground and being central to all Blackpool's attractions.
Limited on street parking is available, but we have a Pay & Display next to the hotel which only charges £12 for two days or £30 for a complete week. during that time you can leave and return to the car park as many times as you like.
For you comfort and safety we would advise you that, unlike many hotels, we fully comply with the latest Fire Regulations.
