Many of the people within the company have been with Brian Bradley, Lyndon Bent and Mike Dibble for many years, even as far back as the Lester Smith Partnership in the 1980’s and latterly Bristol & West Property Services in the early 90’s, before Bradleys inception in 1992. The highly motivated and experienced staff show immense loyalty to the company and all its Directors.
