Bradford & Bingley was nationalised on 29th September 2008. Following this and the transfer of the Bradford & Bingley savings and retail branch business to Abbey Santander, we are permanently closed to new mortgage business and are unable to offer new deals or further loans.

Their overarching objective is now to repay and create value for UK taxpayers by reducing the size of our mortgage book, so we are focussed on helping customers pay off their mortgages or find better deals elsewhere. We also have a vested interest in ensuring borrowers continue to manage their mortgages effectively, so we remain committed to supporting them and providing a high standard of service for as long as they remain customers with us.

mr vincentI live on 4 croft road have have a major issue with parking on croft rd
1)not been able to park out side my own house 2) been blocked in by your workforce resulting in me using public transport and been late for work sometimes i park behind the double yellow lines but this does not work as they like to park on those too. 3)the traffic out side my house when work is finished, why cant you open the bottom gate in your bottom car park that opens on to the A650.
I have spoken to the very arrogant receptionist who said basicly 'tuff' and also and more importantly a member of ma family was about to leave my house when one of you asian employee came speeding down the road and parked bumber to bumber to my mothers car when she asked her to move her car as she was blocked in she was told to f... off im late!!! lucky for her i did not find this out untill a week later. also there are a number of people from your company who think croft road is a drag strip. i would like to know why some of your employees can not use the bottom car park. second what are you going to do about the poor attitude of some of your staff and last what are you going to do the crossflats drag strip... my email vinny4125@hotmail.com
