We provide a personal, friendly and homely service and good food, comfort and cleanliness are assured. We have a policy of continuous refurbishment to maintain, and improve upon our high standards.

The hotel retains all the charm and atmosphere of a Victorian family home and accommodation is of a high standard.

Each of our ten en-suite bedrooms are comfortably furnished and decorated in keeping with the Victorian style. All bedrooms have central heating, with thermostatically controlled radiators, colour television, radio alarm, hair dryer, complementary toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities.

For those guests on business all rooms are WI-FI enabled, have a writing desk and there are also fax and email facilities available for use via the hotel reception. Other facilities available on request include cots, ironing facilities and shoe cleaning materials.

For your added comfort and in the interest of Fire Safety there is a no smoking policy throughout the hotel. We have a full fire detection system installed comforming to BS. 5839.

Your choice of breakfast from our varied menu will be freshly cooked to your liking. Breakfast and evening meals are served in our spacious Dining Room. We are noted for our excellent home cooking, prepared using quality fresh local produce wherever possible. .

The hotel has its own private off roads car park which can accomodate 10 cars. We are open all year round for the convenience of all our guests. Conference delegates, golfing parties and group bookings are welcome.We also welcome Cyclists, Walkers and Birdwatchers.
