Since being established in 1993 ukcallcentre has expanded extensively. As Protel we had achieved an enviable reputation as a professional call centre taking calls for business areas such as doctors, emergency services, vets, funeral services, all demanding uncompromising levels of discretion, calmness, professionalism which our highly trained staff deliver. This work now equates to approximately 30% of our business, the remainder coming from a wide variety of commercial client areas, ranging from sole traders to large international corporations, and even outbound campaigns. We handle ALL calls in-house and pride ourselves on being a professional and efficient UK based operation big enough to handle anything but small enough to care about our clients requirements.
