    My wife and I stayed at the Bond Hotel St Annes (this was marketed as an up market to the Bond Hotel); unfortunately the only positive was the warm sunny weather on arrival.

    This was a very shabby hotel; the rooms were rather basic, and a very strong smell of disinfectant (very worrying) that made your eyes sting.

    Meals were basic (unless you enjoy chips)

    Left after only one night, even the night porter slept during the night.

    We finished of our holiday by staying at an alternative hotel so at least we got to visit Blackpool Tower.

    Would never stay with this company again or even recommend them. Even when you complain, because you have paid upfront they are not bothered.
