At Bolton's restaurant our philosophy is simple, we are inspired by the finest, freshest ingredients and the most authentic vibrant flavours. In Italian our culinary style is called alla Casalinga which means home-style cookery or as we like to say, "like mamma used to make.

Detailed description:

Italian cookery has a wonderful history, with every course being essential to the experience of eating and we pride ourselves on the ability to combine the best of the old and most delicious of the new to give a truly authentic experience.

Our menu is like a journey around the best foods Italy has to offer, some of the highlights include our speciality imported Parma Ham made by a small family run business, lobster spaghetti, penne with duck ragu or pappardelle with mushrooms.

    At this place I ate for the first time spaghetti when they were on offer. I want to say that until then I hadn't entered the place, because the prices are high, but since I discovered those wonderful spaghetti I put bucks aside for the next time I'll go.
