Detailed description:
We have been actively involved in the brief for the Lec site, supporting the Sainsbury’s store and business unit development. We have also generated a proposal to focus future industrial development on the Oldlands Farm site adjacent to the Southern Cross Trading Estate as an alternative to the disparate industrial sites proposed by individual developers. At our partner company meetings we have had presentations from Arun District Council’s CEO, the Leader of the Council and the Head of the Regeneration Team. From the private sector, Asda’s Project Director for the proposed Oldlands Farm development, the Managing Director of Sime Derby (Lec site), Sainsbury’s, Church Commissioners (Chalcroft Lane development) and the Project Director of St. Modwen, the town centre developer.
