BODYCISE

Bodycise is a women's only fitness gym, designed to give you an all over body work out in

30 minutes. You will work out in a circuit using resistance, cardio and strengthening exercise machines, you will be cued to move stations and complete 3 circuits. There are also other pieces of equipment that you can use in addition to the circuit.

Goals are good !!

If you have a goal in mind whether it's to get back into a pair of jeans, a bikini for your

summer holiday, maybe you want to slim to get into the perfect wedding dress, to tone up, lose a few pounds and inches or simply to feel healthier in yourself, Bodycise will be there to help you all the way to achieve your goals!!

Everyone knows it's always the first step through the door that is the hardest, but I can

guarantee once through the door you wont look back. You have made the decision that it's about time you looked after yourself and your body, so in turn we at Bodycise want to make sure that you keep the focus on you.

We encourage everyone to come and work out, whether you want to come on your own

or maybe you prefer to work out with a friend, your mum, gran, nan, sister or daughter get everyone involved get fit and healthy and have fun in an non-intimidating environment where you'll find everyone is friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxed but motivating.
