QueenieDid anyone manage to contact the owner to get money back? I want to sue them! After many emails and calls never got a reply

Heather WBought a voucher off Keynoir for 6 laser hair removal sessions. At first they seemed ok, not great but ok. I had two sessions and after that got a text saying that my next appointment had been cancelled due to building works. This was months ago and since then they are not answering their phones or replying to the messages I've left them. I don't know if they've gone out of business or what happened but I don't i'll be having any more sessions with them or getting my money back!

Munni MI bought a group on Voucher for 6 treatments for Laser, they were rude and abrupt with me, the technician who did my patch test had already left by the time I went in for my first treatment, the technician I had spent less than 10 mins wiht me and I felt absolutely no change in my hair growth. After the 2nd treatment they claimed the machine was broken and this went on for over 3 months and had to get Group on involved, which miraculously fixed the broken machine, I went back for 2 more treatments and then the machine 'broke' again 2 months later I managed to get my 5th treatment. with yet another technician. Which I have to say was probably the best out of the whole lot. However, on the last treatment, I went all the way to the clinic, only to find, no answer at th edoor, no answer on the phone and no answer on the email! They are cowboys! Avoid them at all costs. Their website is still going and their phone still rings. Please be very careful.

Body Smooth aka Body WorksI was asked to pay £350 up front for 6 laser appts. I got 2 and then received a text that the rest will be cancelled due to building works. They've not refunded my money or answered calls. The technician at the last appt. was greatly agitated over money, presumably they'd not paid her. I've asked for 3 months for an invoice for the money paid and they always made excuses and did not issue one. Crooks.

layla basramI WOULD SERIOUSLY NOT RECOMMEND BODYSMOOTH- and here are a few reasons why:
- staff are rude and abrupt
- scheduling a time for an appointment is nigh on impossible and will take days to get through to them and even when you do get through, they will make you wait on the phone whilst dealing with another customer- calling their 0800 number from a mobile is VERY costly!
- my second appointment was a disaster - the hair didn't even fall out and the therapist didn't speak to me at all during the session whilst she half heartedly attempt to laser me- i could have done a better job myself!
- When i finally scheduled an appointment, i recieved an email to say that the machine had broken down and they are fixing it and they will call me up to reschedule - didn't hear anything back from them till I phoned them to reschedule 6 weeks later- and the machine was still broken!!
- I have finally had enough and asked for a refund, to which they said they'd refund me within 2-4 weeks- it's been longer than 4 weeks and I've emailed them to remind them - I will just have to go and have it out with them face to face to get my money back.
DO NOT trust Bodysmooth as they are a bunch of cowboys and there are plenty of other better places out there to get the same thing they are providing.
Stay away!!

I bought a voucher from groupon for laser hair removal last year (2010). Booking the first consultation appointment was a nightmare. After that I was told that they were still recruiting laser therapists so most of the appointments were not yet available! In terms of the laser...on their website they claim to use ND Yag laser - which is not true. They use IPL on all the skin tones!
To add to all this, there have been 5 separate occasions where their laser machine has "BROKEN" so they have had to cancel all my appointments. They still have not managed to fix it for more than 2 months on each occasion and keep ignoring my phone calls.
I would never recommend this salon, its fake with rude staff members, especially at the full treatment price. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Emily CVery caring Clinic. Reasonable prices and good results. I think that Ugly truth had a bad Doctor who no longer works at BodySmooth. I was told that he ewas suspended as soon as the Clinic became aware of his GMC suspension. In my opinion you are much more likely to get wehat you pay for here rather than some of those quacks in Harley St!
